Before Ordering Replacement Parts:
- Conduct a full inventory to ensure no other parts are damaged and that you have everything needed to complete assembly.
- A single shipment will reduce the time required to finish assembling your unit.
Supply Chain Issues: Post-Covid supply chain challenges continue to be a hurdle. Unfortunately, there are times when parts are not available. If this applies to your situation, we will advise you to return your item to the retailer for an exchange or refund. We understand the frustration this may cause and are working behind the scenes to minimize these occurrences. If returning the item is not feasible, please let us know, and we will make every effort to find an alternate solution.
Important Note: Do not attempt to build the unit with damaged parts, as it may affect the stability and longevity of the furniture.
