Larger items can ship in two or even three boxes, which may not all arrive on the same day. You can verify the number of boxes by checking the assembly instructions, or where parts are listed according to the box and noted with what can be found within each.
As a manufacturer, we can provide replacements for individual damaged or missing parts. However, if an entire box is missing, this is considered an incomplete order rather than missing parts, and the replacement procedure is different.
- In most cases, the second box will arrive on its own without further action on your part. It is not uncommon for multi-part orders to become separated in transit. Allowing an extra business day or two is usually all that is needed.
- If a box is lost or missing, contact the retailer through whom you made the purchase. Each of our trusted retailers has a unique system for placing orders and should provide you with an order number, tracking information, and a receipt of purchase. This order information is specific to the retailer, and as a manufacturer, we cannot access details regarding that order. Ultimately, it is the retailer’s responsibility to provide the missing box or issue a refund.
- Please note that marketplace, liquidation, and other third-party sources, even if sold on an authorized retailer’s website, do not include the manufacturer’s warranty. If only one box was provided, you would need to request a refund from the seller directly. Our call center can handle requests for small parts; however, larger parts are generally not available, even for purchase.
