Obtaining Proof of Purchase: 

• Online Orders: Automatically come with a digital receipt.

• Physical Stores: Many offer the option to receive your receipt via text or email.

How to Find Digital Receipts:

• Online Retailers (e.g., Amazon, Wayfair): Check your order history under "My Orders" to view purchase details and invoices.

Verifying Warranty with a Receipt

What Your Receipt Must Include:

• Retailer name or logo

• Item's description and/or photo

• Date of purchase

• Price, including taxes

Submitting Proof:

• Send a photo or screenshot of your receipt.

If You Don't Have a Receipt

• Manufacture Date: If the product's manufacture date is within 1 year, we'll honor the warranty. Note: The manufacture date is often several months before the purchase date, so having a receipt ensures the full 1-year warranty.

• Paper Receipts: Tape the receipt to an inconspicuous area (e.g., the back panel) for safekeeping or register your product.
