- A close-up of the front cover of your instruction manual, or the sticker on the item or box.
- If you can’t send a photo, provide the number starting with B34 from the front cover of the instruction manual and the manufacture date. Click here for examples.
- Any photos or videos that help illustrate the issue.

- A detailed description of the problem you’re experiencing.
- The step number you're on from the manual, if applicable.
